Cedar Burl Ikebana Vessel

Extraordinary, naturally-formed driftwood vessel from the Salish Sea. Deeply hollow to receive ikebana flowers, branches, et c., but perfectly interesting in its own right. Perforated slightly on the back to hang on a wall, or freely, like a hearth hook (jizai kagi). Polished and sealed. A roll of black cherry bark is included (as pictured); a narrow vase could also be inserted to hold fresh arrangements.
