Five Floral Porcelain Plates
An exquisite set of delicate porcelain plates, hand-painted with a design of red-and-white flowers. Probably Japanese, but we’re not sure (the foot rim is unglazed, in the Asian fashion). Oddly, each plate has a faint bluish shadow in the center, visible through the translucent porcelain. Pretty, but not too fussy!
